KONA 3G bietet 10-Bit unkomprimiertes Video I/O, die neueste HDMI 1.4a Unterstützung für 3D-Workflows, 16-Kanal-SDI-Audio I/O und bis zu 16-Kanal AES Digital Audio I/O (8 mit Breakout-Kabel oder 16 mit der optionaler K3G-Box). Hinzu kommt, die Echtzeit-Hardware-basierte up / Down / Cross-Konvertierung für das effiziente Arbeit mit einer Vielzahl von SD-und HD-, 3G-, Dual-Link HD und sogar 2K Formaten. Ein Hardware-Downstream Keyer für Compositing Grafiken ohne Rendering und vieles mehr sind ebenfalls mit der Kona 3G möglich.
